Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
✨ To book, simply contact us via our website or by phone.
✨ For long trips or during high season, a €100 deposit is required.
✨ The remaining balance is paid in cash to the driver at the start of the trip.
🎯 Good to know: Our price is all-inclusive! It includes your driver, fuel, tolls, and parking fees.
2. Vehicle Choice
🔍 We will always do our best to provide you with the vehicle you have chosen. If it is not available, don't worry! We will offer you a similar alternative or even a superior vehicle, at no extra cost.
3. Service Hours
⏰ The working day ends no later than 7:30 p.m., except for airport transfers.
⏰ For your airport transfers, no stress: we adapt our schedules according to your flight, even in case of delay.
📅 For private excursions, we will adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. Need to change your plans? Please let us know 48 hours in advance!
4. Our Team’s Well-being
👨✈️ Safety first! Our drivers cannot drive more than 8 hours or 300 km per day.
🛣️ For very long journeys, we will plan breaks or a second driver.
5. Responsibilities
⚠️ Quick tip: always keep your personal belongings with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost items.
🌦️ In exceptional circumstances (weather, road closures…), rest assured that we will always do our best!
📋 We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance for peace of mind.
6. On Board with Us

🚫 Inappropriate behavior or damage could unfortunately result in the interruption of service without refund.
7. Insurance – Your Peace of Mind
