How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle and driver. During peak travel seasons and major Moroccan holidays, booking a month or more ahead is wise. That said, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Do you offer airport pickup from all Moroccan airports?
Yes. We cover all major airports in Morocco including Marrakech Menara (RAK), Casablanca Mohammed V (CMN), Fes-Sais (FEZ), Agadir Al Massira (AGA), Rabat-Sale (RBA), Essaouira-Mogador (ESU) and Ouarzazate (OZZ). Your driver will be at arrivals before your flight lands.
What is included in the price I am quoted?
Everything. Your quoted price covers your driver, the vehicle, fuel, motorway tolls and parking. There are absolutely no hidden fees. The amount we quote is the amount you pay, in cash to your driver at the start of your journey, or in advance for longer trips.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Not a problem at all. Your driver tracks your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, they adjust their arrival time accordingly. You will never be charged extra for delays, we wait for you, however long it takes.
Can I hire a private driver for multiple days or a full tour?
Absolutely. Multi-day private driver hire is one of our most popular services. Whether you want a driver for a 3-day Sahara trip, a full imperial cities tour, or a week-long custom itinerary, we build the experience entirely around your plans, pace and preferences.
Is private driver travel safe in Morocco?
Yes, completely. Morocco is a welcoming, well-connected country for travellers. All our drivers are fully licensed, experienced, and our vehicles carry comprehensive insurance. Travelling with a trusted local driver is widely considered the safest way to explore Morocco, particularly for remote routes.
Are pets allowed in your vehicles?
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
Booking is simple: contact us through the site, WhatsApp or by phone. For long journeys or during high season we ask for a €100 deposit to secure your dates; the balance is paid in cash to your driver at the start of your trip. The quoted price is all-inclusive, covering your driver, fuel, motorway tolls and parking, with nothing extra to pay on the day.
What happens if the vehicle I chose is not available?
We will always do our best to provide the exact vehicle you selected. In the rare case it is unavailable, there is nothing to worry about: we will provide a similar vehicle, or even a higher category one, at no additional cost to you.
What are your daily service hours?
A normal driving day ends by 19:30, with one exception: airport transfers, which we schedule around your flight and adjust automatically if it is delayed. For private excursions we keep to the timings agreed with you in advance. If you need to change the programme, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead so we can arrange it.
How long can a driver drive in one day?
Safety comes first. For your protection and theirs, our drivers do not exceed 8 hours or 300 km of driving per day. On longer routes we plan proper rest stops, or arrange a second driver, so you are always in safe, rested hands.
Who is responsible for my belongings during the trip?
We recommend keeping your personal belongings with you at all times, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or forgotten items. In the event of exceptional circumstances such as bad weather or road closures, rest assured we will always do our very best to find the right solution. We also warmly recommend taking out travel insurance for complete peace of mind.
What is expected of passengers on board?
We love travelling in a friendly atmosphere built on mutual respect. Inappropriate behaviour or deliberate damage to the vehicle may, unfortunately, lead to the service being ended without a refund. For everyone that is a rare exception, our guests and drivers get along wonderfully.
Are your vehicles insured?
Yes, all of our vehicles are fully insured. For complete peace of mind we still recommend taking out your own personal insurance to cover valuable belongings during your travels.
