These Terms of Service govern your use of the website revesdesablesmaroc.com and the private driver and transportation services provided by Rêves de Sables, registered in Morocco. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Services

Rêves de Sables provides private driver, airport transfer, and tailor-made tour services throughout Morocco. Services are subject to availability and confirmation. All prices quoted are for private, exclusive use of the vehicle for your group.

Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed. Prices include all fuel, tolls, and parking unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include personal expenses, entry fees to attractions, or tips.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48 hours of service may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

Liability

Rêves de Sables carries appropriate liability insurance for passenger transportation in Morocco. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate pickup/dropoff information is provided at the time of booking. Clients must comply with Moroccan law during transportation. Rêves de Sables reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who are disruptive or violate applicable laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ouarzazate, Morocco.
