Morocco Private Tours

Morocco Tours Designed Around What You Actually Want to See

Your tailor-made Morocco tour with Rêves de Sables is not a product from a catalogue. It is a conversation that starts with where you are arriving, what matters most to you, and how much time you have, and ends with an itinerary that feels like it was designed for you specifically, because it was.

We are based in Ouarzazate, which means the Saharan south, the Draa Valley, the Dades Gorge, the Todra Canyon, the dunes of Erg Chebbi at Merzouga, is where we know the deepest. But we cover Morocco from north to south and coast to desert, and our drivers have routes across the whole country.

Below are some of the most popular Morocco tour circuits we build. None of them are fixed. Any of them can be extended, compressed, combined or completely replaced by something entirely different. You lead, we follow.

FAQ

Tailor-Made Morocco Tours, Common Questions

A tailor-made Morocco tour is a private journey built specifically around you, your dates, your interests, your group size and your budget. Unlike group tours, there is no fixed schedule and no strangers in your vehicle. You travel with your own private driver who stays with you for the entire duration, adapting the itinerary as you go. Every stop, every overnight and every route is chosen to suit what you actually want to see.
For most tours, booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance is sufficient to ensure your preferred vehicle, driver and accommodation options are available. During peak periods, spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November), we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead, particularly for tours that include Sahara desert camps which fill quickly. That said, we accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
We can include accommodation recommendations and coordination in your tour plan. We know the best riads, desert camps, kasbahs and guesthouses at every stage of all our popular routes, places that reflect the character of each destination rather than generic hotel chains. You are free to book these independently or ask us to coordinate the full package.
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are Morocco’s best travel seasons, mild temperatures across the country, beautiful light for photography, and the desert routes are comfortable. Summer (June to August) is very hot in the south, though the coast and higher Atlas remain pleasant. Winter (December to February) is excellent for the Sahara, clear skies, cool nights and the dunes at their most dramatic. We operate year-round.
Absolutely, and most of our clients do. A common itinerary begins with an airport transfer on arrival, flows into a multi-day tour, and ends with a transfer back to the airport for departure. We handle the entire journey as a single seamless service, so you never need to arrange separate transport for any part of your Morocco experience.
