Common Questions
Can I make stops along the way?
Yes. That is one of the main advantages of a private transfer. Tell us in advance or let your driver know on the day. Whether it is a viewpoint, a town, a lunch stop or a short detour, we accommodate it at no extra charge.
Do you cover all cities in Morocco?
We cover the full country, including cities that are not on the rail network. Agadir, Ouarzazate, Merzouga, Zagora, Chefchaouen, Dakhla and smaller towns in between: if you can reach it by road, we can take you there.
How do I get a price for my route?
Send us your origin, destination and travel date via WhatsApp or the contact form. We come back with a fixed price quickly, usually within the hour. No obligation to book until you confirm.
Can I book a return trip on a different date?
Yes. You can book a single leg or a return, on the same day or different days. If you are planning multiple transfers across your trip, let us know in advance and we can arrange a continuous driver for the full itinerary.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Dogs, cats and other animals are welcome in our vehicles. Just let us know when booking so we can prepare the vehicle and make sure the journey is comfortable for your pet.
Is there a luggage limit?
No. Unlike buses and trains, there is no luggage restriction. Large suitcases, sports equipment, baby gear: we fit what you bring. For very large groups or oversized items, mention it when booking so we can send the right vehicle.
