Rêves de Sables – General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs)

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the rights and obligations between Rêves de Sables (hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”) and its clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) in relation to the booking and provision of private driver transport services within Morocco.

Article 2 – Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with the Service Provider, whether by phone, email, website, or in person. Any booking or payment of a deposit constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 – Booking and Payment

The Client submits a quote request specifying the number of passengers, itinerary, dates, and required services.
A written confirmation (email or contract) will be sent by the Service Provider.
A deposit of [amount or percentage] is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid [timeframe] before departure.
Accepted payment methods include: [cash, bank transfer, credit card, etc.].
In the event of any changes to the booking (no-show, delay, or itinerary modification), the Client may be held responsible for additional charges.

Article 4 – Pricing

Prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include all taxes unless otherwise specified.
The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust prices in case of exceptional circumstances (such as fuel price increases, tolls, etc.).
Any price adjustment will be made prior to the execution of the service and must be accepted by the Client.

Article 5 – Service Delivery

The Service Provider undertakes to provide the agreed transport services (driver, vehicle, itinerary) under the conditions specified in the quote or contract.
The Client agrees to respect the agreed schedules, follow the driver’s instructions, and be present at the designated pick-up point.
In the event of a delay by the Client, the Service Provider may charge additional fees or shorten the service without refund.

Article 6 – Cancellation and Modifications

The Client may cancel the booking under the following conditions:
- Up to [X days] before the scheduled date: refund of the deposit minus [percentage or fees].
- Less than [X days] before: no refund of the deposit.
Any changes requested by the Client (itinerary, number of passengers) must be approved by the Service Provider and may result in a price adjustment.

Article 7 – Liability and Insurance

The Service Provider is insured for the transport of passengers.
The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the Client’s behavior, third parties, or force majeure events (accidents, weather conditions, road closures, etc.).
The Client is responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and valuables. The Service Provider accepts no liability for loss or theft, except in cases of proven gross negligence on its part.

Article 8 – Force Majeure – Events Beyond Our Control

In the event of force majeure (strike, adverse weather conditions, natural disaster, government intervention, etc.), the service may be suspended or modified. The Service Provider shall not be held liable or required to pay compensation, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

The materials provided to the Client (itineraries, guides, photos) remain the property of Rêves de Sables. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

Article 10 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.

Article 11 – Acceptance of the Contract

The booking confirms that the Client has read and accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
